- Cold water and 150 gr. Edible gelatin
- This is enough for 30 days.
In a glass of cold water, add 5 gr. of edible gelatin, stir it and let it sit until morning. Try drinking this every morning for 30 days, on an empty stomach. You will be able to results in about a week. You can repeat the process but not for an additional six months. You may try adding yogurt, juice or honey.
